“Ariel is the largest manufacturer of separable reciprocating gas compressors worldwide. Our compressors are utilized by the global energy industry to extract, process, transport, store, and distribute natural gas from the wellhead to the end-user. Additionally, Ariel compressors are used in the refining, petrochemical and industrial gas industries in specialty gas applications, including hydrogen. Ariel’s latest compressor model, the KBH, has been designed specifically for the hydrogen mobility sector.

Since 1966, Ariel has shipped more than 70,000 compressors to our customers around the world. As a world-class manufacturer, Ariel sets the industry standard through expert design and manufacturing, industry-leading research and development, and unmatched customer support.”

Greentree Consulting LLC (www.greentreeconsulting.net) is a domestic and international supply chain advisory group based in Lebanon, Ohio. Our mission is to increase the domestic content of North America’s clean energy installations and prepare the U.S. workforce for this emerging industry. Since 2009, our focus areas include land-based and offshore wind, hydrogen generation, hydrogen fuel cells – PEM & Solid Oxide, and solar, working with the U.S. Dept. of Energy, state economic development organizations and other to assess U.S. and global manufacturers competitiveness for hydrogen and fuel cell components.

Lorenzo Prestel, our Student Project Demonstrator, will demonstrate his Hydrogen Fuel Cell model car utilizing hydrogen through electrolysis of water and then using that hydrogen and a PEM fuel cell to power a model electric car.

Standard H2, Inc. specializes in:

  1. Cleaning hydrogen to remove the volatile sulfur compounds that ruin the efficiency and shorten the lifetime of H2 Fuel Cells by reducing the sulfur concentration to below 1 ppb,
  2. Removing the oxides of nitrogen, H2S, etc. from air and the air intake side of the fuel cell,
  3. Cleaning natural gas to remove H2S and thiols that corrode boilers, heat exchangers, etc.
  4. Cleaning biogas for renewable natural gas,
  5. Catalyst guard bed protection,
  6. Cleansing the bottled gases used in labs and high-tech instruments,
  7. Cleansing the gases used during computer chip manufacture, etc.
  8. Cleansing water to remove H2S and other contaminants for H2 electrolysis,
  9. Cleaning potable and waste water by removing H2S, forever chemicals, etc.,
  10. Odor removal from arenas and breeding facilities of show animals,
  11. Gas masks to remove H2S, NOx, halides, foul odors (skunk, etc.)
